Prepay Half Hour Consultation with Dr. Donna

Click the button below to prepay a half-hour consultation with Dr. Donna.  This prepayment is non-refundable and is only transferrable if you call 24 hours before the appointment to change the time or date.  If you do not show up for the appointment or call 24 hours before your appointment to change the date, your money will NOT be refunded.   

We use Paypal to collect online payments.  You may pay with a credit card as a guest on Paypal if you do not wish to open an account with them.
